Turning his head, Haughty snapped his jaw. “What question do you have now, Observer?” He sounded impatient this time.
“Well Haughty, I had someone who was mean to me in the past. I was told I needed to forgive them and forget all about it. That’s hard sometimes, especially when someone has been real mean to you. I think I agree with you, Haughty. Perhaps we don’t have to forgive everyone. Besides, what’s the harm?”
“Now, Observer, you’re talking like one of us. All of us have been treated badly. Many have offended us. But why do we have to forgive? We don’t! This is why Blind & Deceived is great place to live.”
